Rules for the competition:-

1. The competition will be known as the Cheshire Courses Points Series and comprise of separate series for male and female riders.

2. There will be twenty nominated events in which to gain points.

3. The best ten positions per rider will count toward the individual awards.

4. A team shall consist of three riders for the team awards.

5. Cash prizes will be awarded to the three riders with the highest points total and the three teams with the highest points total.

6. All riders of affiliated clubs who finish an event will gain at least five points.

7. Points will be awarded on the following basis:- Events at 10, 25 & 30 miles - 50 points to the winner down to 6 for 45th place. Events at 50 miles - 60 points to the winner down to 6 for 55th place. Events at 100 miles & 12 hours - 70 points to the winner down to 6 for 65th place. All other finishers - 5 points.
